Due to the organic and perishable nature of our product, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and hygiene. Please review the details below carefully.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong Product Received: If you received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect quantity or variant).
• Damaged/Defective Product: If the vermicompost arrives in a compromised state (e.g., torn packaging, contamination, or signs of spoilage).

All return requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Required Evidence:

• Clear photos/videos of the unopened product packaging and the issue (damage, wrong item).
• Proof of delivery (order number, delivery confirmation).

Non-Eligible Situations

Returns/refunds will not be granted for:

• Opened or Used Products: Vermicompost is perishable and cannot be resold once opened.
• Dissatisfaction with Results: Effectiveness depends on soil type, usage, and environmental factors.
• Storage Issues Post-Delivery: Damage due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to moisture, heat, or pests).
• Natural Variations: Color, texture, or odor differences due to organic composition are normal and not defects.

Return Process

1. Notify Us Immediately: Email contact@bhoomiamrit.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
   • Order number
   • Photos/videos of the unopened product and issue
   • Brief description of the problem
2. Approval: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping:
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).
   • Do NOT return opened or used products—they will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verifying the returned product.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to BhoomiAmrit.

Quality Assurance

• Our vermicompost is rigorously tested for quality and nutrient content before dispatch.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to maintain its efficacy.
